Construct
In the beginning, we will consult with you to understand your requirements. Then, we'll assess your site and drawings to ensure they meet project criteria. Once we have all the required documents, we will give you a comprehensive quote specifying the project's specifications.
After obtaining financial approval and your agreement on our quote, we will create a contract. This contract will include all necessary details regarding the construction, such as information from both parties, timelines, and what is included or excluded. When you're prepared to proceed, both parties will sign the contract.
After signing the contract and making a deposit, we will begin the exciting final stage. We will handle the process of obtaining the building permit, and if required, organising the demolition. Throughout the construction, there will be designated stages where you can visit the site to inspect the progress.
Once we are finished with construction we will proceed with the following:
Final Inspection
Defect Rectification
Final Payment
Certificate Of Occupancy
Keys and Manuals
Handover
Move In
