The large window shrouds provide an appeal for those daring to live in luxury. Flush panel garage doors utilising timber battens to minilise the industrial look of typical garage doors.

Design

The design was undertaken by Ario Arc to establish a simplistic modern masterpiece enabling a new perception into the dual occupancy lifestyle

Upper storey floor plan of the project in doncaster. The design undertaken by architects has 3 bedrooms, 2 studies and large bathrooms and robes. Lighting and ventilation are prominant via skylights and massive void areas.
Preliminary Sketch of the upcoming project in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This Doncaster project has nearly 4 metre cielings, 1m deep window shrouds, massive voids, cantilevering of first floors above the garages and 2 skylights on each side of the party wall.

Description

Each dwelling boasts 38 Squares of luxury living with many jaw dropping features:
