  4. Permitting and Compliance: Handle all necessary permits and ensure the project complies with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Keep clients informed about legal requirements and any changes in regulations that might affect the project.

  5. Quality Control: Regularly inspect the work site to ensure construction quality and adherence to specifications. Address any issues or defects promptly to maintain high standards throughout the project.

  6. Scheduling and Progress Tracking: Create and maintain a detailed project schedule. Monitor progress against the schedule and adjust plans as needed to keep the project on track. Provide clients with regular updates on progress.

  7. Communication and Client Updates: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide clear and consistent communication throughout the project, including progress reports, issue resolutions, and decision-making.

  8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Manage unexpected challenges, such as weather delays or supply chain disruptions, to minimise their impact on the project.

  9. Final Inspections and Handover: Coordinate final inspections and ensure all work is completed to the client's satisfaction. Oversee the handover process, including providing documentation and warranties for completed work.

  10. Post-Construction Support: Offer post-construction support, including addressing any defects or issues that arise after project completion, and ensuring clients have a smooth transition into their new home.
